Improved Stourbridge Line Timetable from 16 May 2021
West Midlands Railway has announced an improved timetable for the Stourbridge line to take effect from 16 May.
Although the basic pattern of 4 trains per hour off-peak along the line will not be increased, stations south of Stourbridge Junction will see a much improved service.
- The all-stations Stratford-Stourbridge services are extended to/from Kidderminster calling at Hagley and Blakedown (2 tph).
- The Dorridge-Kidderminster service is extended to Worcester Foregate Street and calls at Hagley and Hartlebury (1 tph)
- The Whitlocks End-Worcester Shrub Hill service serves Worcester Foregate Street instead and no longer stops at Hagley and Hartlebury (1 tph)
Thus service levels off-peak will be Hagley (3 tph), Blakedown (2 tph), Kidderminster (4 tph), Hartlebury (1 tph), Droitwich Spa (2 tph), Worcester Foregate Street (2 tph).
